CIDIC aims to be a conglomerate.

 

Our Corporation utilizes the relationship with the financial institutions, count on our Chinese partners' capability and capacity, we establish various subsidiaries and project company to invest and finance projects in non-Hong Kong area under joint venture basis. We participates in the development of real estates, industrial, petrochemical, infrastructural sectors. 

 

We utilize the financial source to build up our Corporation's fixed assets and reference globally, especially in properties and those infrastructures with guarantee payment such as power station, sewerage treatment plant, etc.; while we focus the industrial development in only Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Canada.

 

Apart from the traditional investment, we join with the local communities in North America, Africa and Middle East region on developing the energy and resources, such as gold, copper, iron, oil, gas, etc.  Our goal is to use the minimum income to create the asset value, build the trackable records and financial performance, and re-sell the asset to third party or to the public market in a much higher return - we chase for stable and fast-track return on investment.

 

​We treat each industry as treasure; while we develop businesses by analyzing industry-to-industry supply chain relationship. We invest and finance the projects within the chain and generate the largest wealth to our shareholder and our partners.

 

Presently, our Corporation is under the process of establishing our Nigerian, Saudi Arabia, Canada and American subsidaries.
