China International Development and Investment Corporation ("CIDIC") is a Hong Kong incorporated, non-SFC registered, limited liability company.
CIDIC is a holding company and aims to diversify its businesses. The Corporation focuses on Mainland China, Middle East, Africa, and North America.
The aims to use international capital source and count on construction as the tool to develop properties, industries, infrastructures, energy, resources, and petrochemical sectors.
BUSINESS ASSOCIATES
CIDIC, benefits from its shareholder's capability and capacity, has entered various joint venture and cooperative relationship with the Chinese and international reputed institutions, that include publicly listed companies, stated owned enterprises, etc.
The Corporation has also developed the relationship with various Chinese and international banks and financial institutions which include China Construction Bank, Export Import Bank of China, CITIC Bank, Emirates NBD, Qatar Commercial Bank, Doha Bank, Saudi Holladi Bank, BMO, Scotia Bank, etc.
